What forms of payment are accepted?
All forms of credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
When can I start using my membership?
Your membership is effective immediately after sign-up. You can either sign up in the office or use the online portal to activate your membership club plan.
How do I schedule my preventative dental care?
Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members. We will confirm that your membership is "current" and get you scheduled.
How can I use my member exclusive discount for dental treatment?
Your hygiene appointments, checkups, and X-rays are factored into the monthly price, so those appointments will be "free" when you come in. For dental treatment, simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. We’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.
How do I know if I need the Periodontal Plan?
If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on periodontal maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation for the proper level membership plan after your initial exam.
Can I add members to my account?
Absolutely! Your entire family can join, just give us a call or sign up online using the link above.
Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Your membership is solely with Dental Designs of Maryland offices and dentists and as such, is non-transferrable.
How do I cancel my membership?
Contact our office to cancel.
If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?
No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.
Are there any exclusions or limitations?
Yes. The membership cannot be used: in conjunction with dental insurance; for referrals to specialists; for hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind; for cost of dental care that would be covered under automobile medical claims; for services or injuries covered under worker’s compensation; for treatment which, in the sole opinion of the treating dentist, lies outside the realm of their capability; for treatment covered by any insurance plan: dental, medical, or worker’s compensation; for Invisalign treatment, in-office whitening, cosmetic treatment; dental products such as toothbrushes.
