When you have no more benefits left, you will solely be responsible for your dental treatment. Your dental insurance may pay for the entirety of some procedures (cleanings, X-rays), a portion of other procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals), and nothing for yet other procedures (surgery, bone grafts, cosmetic dentistry). Whether or not your dental insurance will cover something, and how often they will cover it, is the fine print!
